At Agapehub, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene or personal-use items
- Digital products or downloadable content
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us first before returning the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
